Product Delivery:

  • Most items ship within 48 hours, unless a different time to leave the warehouse is noted otherwise on the product webpage you order from (and on your invoice). 
  • We make no guarantees as to the exact date of product arrival.
  • Most standard shipments deliver typically within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are generally delivered after shipment within this timeframe ( 2-5 business days), but all orders delivered within 30 days from shipment will be considered on time by the customer and Pool Wonderland.
  •  Custom manufactured items are considered on time if manufacturing is completed with 180 days (custom inground pool liners & custom inground pool covers).
  • Items that are too large and or heavy for standard ground service will be delivered via freight carrier, please allow 7-10 days for freight deliveries. 

Handling Time:

  • Handling time for most orders is 1-2 business days.
  • Some items we offer may have extended handling times. These handling times will be listed on the product webpage, as well as on your invoice.

Shipment Methods:

  • We utilize several different shipping methods. We use Fed Ex, UPS, United States Postal Service and Common Freight Carriers (tractor trailer delivery) for larger items.

Shipment Costs:

  • We do not charge a shipping fee for our products.
  • Some items may have a Handling Fee.
  • All fees will be displayed in the shopping cart prior to the checkout process (if any).

Lost Package Shipments / Undelivered items:

  • If for any reason the shipping carrier loses the package, simply contact us. We will then initiate a lost package claim with the shipper, and reship your item ASAP.
